Robert P. Siemion is a senior shareholder in Siemion Huckabay. Mr. Siemion specializes in the defense of medical malpractice cases. His clients have included hospitals, clinics, physicians in all specialty areas, nurses, physician assistants, and other health professionals. Mr. Siemion is a member of the Michigan bar.

Mr. Siemion received his B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Detroit in 1971. He received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1974. Upon graduation, he joined the law firm of Plunkett, Cooney, Rutt, Watters, Stanczyk & Pedersen, P.C., and was made a shareholder in 1980. In 1981, he resigned from Plunkett, Cooney to become a founding member of Siemion Huckabay.

At the 1999 Annual Meeting of the State Bar of Michigan, Mr. Siemion was a recipient of the Respected Advocate Award. He is a fellow of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Since 1997, Mr. Siemion has been a lecturer for the American Educational Institute. Mr Siemion is a past Chairman of the Negligence Law Section of the Michigan State Bar.
