E. Kelly Cullen is a principal partner in the firm. He focuses his practice in the areas of products liability, mass tort claims and general liability defense. He has successfully represented manufacturers, suppliers and contractors in state and federal court cases. He has over thirty four years of experience successfully defending clients in asbestos disease cases.
Mr. Cullen received his B.A. degree from Manhattan College in New York in 1978. In 1985, he received his law degree from the Michigan State University College of Law.
He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
